WHAT WE OFFER
Since 2016, it’s mandatory for France employers to “offer” to theirs employees a complementary social protection plan. The purpose of this plan is to complete Social Security refunds related to medical expenses (hospitalizations, eyes care, dental care…). It also includes life and disability coverage.
In others words, you as an employer have to register your company and your employees to an insurance in order to be compliant with French regulation.
The employee is usually responsible for a copayment of healthcare, and the employer’s part should not be less than 50% of the contribution.
